At 360 PSG we trust our product and use it ourselves to manage job openings and store our candidate resumes. Using the Website Job Board has made it easy for us over the years to collect (and hold onto) resume submissions when we weren't in the hiring process.
The Job Board has also unified our collection process. Even though we use multiple resources when hiring, all the information gets filtered into the Job Board so everything ends up in one place.
